He graduated from Bangalore University, India, and Shizuoka University in Japan. After graduation, he joined Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. and engaged in Software Development and OKIs ATM overseas business. He expanded OKI’s ATM business to various countries such as India, USA, Thailand and Mexico. After leaving Oki Electric Industry, in 2017, he established Kaicom Solutions Japan Co. Ltd in Japan & Bangladesh as a software development firm and investment consulting company. Based on our knowledge and 15 years in software development experience we are serving many Japanese company in Japan.

She is the founder member of Kaicom Japan. After completing her PhD, Form Saitama University ,Computer vision , Artificial intelligence (AI), lab toke responsibility for Kaicom consulting and education business.

In 2008, he entered to Canon Marketing Japan Inc, one of the leading Japanese company. He has robust experience for handling Japanese corporate clients. He was team lead for the expansion of new electronic retails shop for Canon Marketing Japan Inc.
In 2019, he completed his MBA from Japan’s No. 1 MBA, GLOBIS University, and left Canon Marketing Japan Inc.
In 2020, he joined Kaicom Japan and responsible for Kaicom ‘s corporate planning, management strategy. He also conducts the management consulting for our client as well.

He Started his carrier as Software Developer, Experienced in Multinational, cross-cultural project management more than 10 years. He is an effective team leader with excellent problem-solving abilities with skills at handling multiple tasks/teams and projects simultaneously. He graduated MSc. of ICT from American International University Bangladesh. and BSc. In Software Engineering from Daffodil International University, Bangladesh.

He is Project Management Professional and has expertise in project management methodologies and frameworks like Prince2/PMP Agile(Scrum, Kanban etc…).He has more than 15 years of professional experience successfully managing diverse and complex software development (small, medium and large), architectural design, IT solutions, and enterprise systems programs. He has good analytical ability to solve complex problem/situations and managing all stakeholders properly.

He has proven record of accomplishment in coordinating high impact (Bangladesh Government and international) projects to completion in many domains, especially from USA, UK, Canada and Japan etc.

He is MSc. In Computer Science from Jahangirnagar University, Savar, Bangladesh.

Started career as System Analyst and now he has around 12 years of work experience in different field as different position in IT industry. He is a Blockchain & Fintech Professional and designed Mobile Financial Service platform and wallets, Blockchain based cryptocurrency trader, exchanger, wallet. crowd funding platform, ICO and some crypto coin like DNC coin, NFC based prepaid card system.
He graduated from the East West University with a Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering in 2008 from Computer Science and Engineering.

Salim Ahmed is a seasoned Java Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience developing highly available, scalable applications across the J2EE stack. He is a software developer with a vast array of knowledge in many different front end and back end languages, different frameworks, databases, and best code practices. He is technical expertise in programming analysis, application analysis and design.

He graduated from the IUBAT—International University of Business Agriculture and Technology with a Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering from Computer Science and Engineering.
