Joint Venture Agreement Ceremony Held in Dhaka, Bangladesh!

The Joint Venture Agreement Ceremony between Kaicom and Watami Group has been held at 26th January, 2023 with a mesmerizing program at Nascent Gardenia Hotel Dhaka, Bangladesh. The main purpose of new venture as “Kaicom Dream Street Co. Ltd” is to train and send the qualified Bangladeshi resources according to the needs of the Japanese company. This venture will play a vital role for sending TIPT (Technical Intern Training Program) and SSW (Specified Skilled Worker) to Japan. This initiative will reduce the workforce gap between the two countries and will be impacted both countries' economies.

The Joint Venture Agreement Ceremony between Kaicom and Watami Group has been held at 26th January, 2023 with a mesmerizing program at Nascent Gardenia Hotel Dhaka, Bangladesh.

The ceremony was inaugurated by the Chief Guest His Excellency Mr. Kiminori Iwama, Ambassador, Japanese Embassy in Dhaka, Bangladesh where Mr. Tomohide Ichiguchi, Chief Representative of JICA Bangladesh Office, Mr. Abdul Kader, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare & Overseas Employment, Govt of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh and Mr. Miki Watanabe, Founder of Watami group and ex Member of Parliament of Japan were the special guests and Mr. Yuji Ando, Chief Representative of JETRO Bangladesh Office, Mr. Mallick Anwar Hossain, Managing Director, Bangladesh Overseas Employment and Service Limited (BOESL) were decorated the event as a guest of Honor.

Distinguish guests and key accomplices form Higher officials from Japan and Bangladesh Government, more than 15 Japanese company Delegates who have been working on human resources from many countries since many years and Business Leaders were also present the ceremony.

The program began with the welcome remarks of Jun Oneda, President, Watami Agent Co. Ltd, the closing remarks was done by Anjan das Founder and CEO, Kaicom Group, who express his mission and vision.

The ceremony was followed by a memorandum of understanding (MoU) contract between, Kaicom Solutions Japan BD. Co. Ltd. and Watami Agent Co. Ltd.

Watami Group is one of the largest group in Japan with chain restaurant shop business, Agriculture firm, Aged people care giver center operation, etc. they works on bringing human resources from Cambodia after proper training, since more than 10 years and introducing them to inside the Japan.

 

Kaicom Group is a renowned software and consulting service company in Japan with Bangladesh office conducting Japanese language training center in Bangladesh for 5 years and teaches Japanese language and culture to Bangladeshi students. Kaicom also Introduced the Japanese Language Proficiency test certification (JPT), to increase the number of Japanese Languages certified in Bangladesh.
